Hi, I'm Martina

I was a 30-year-old medical student and part-time hospital worker (a paramedic at ICU) who genuinely believed that sleep was a luxury I couldn’t afford. I thought I was strong enough to power through. I thought my brain – which had always been my greatest asset – could handle it. I thought I was different.

I was wrong. And the way I was wrong changed my life forever.

My journey from rock bottom

I did everything I could to get back on track. I read articles and studies, listened to neuroscientists… I immersed myself in this topic so deeply that I became a certified neuroscience coach.

Your brain has been waiting long enough

You are tired. Not occasionally. Chronically.

You function. You perform. You push through.

And you have no idea how much it is costing you.

I know, because I was a medical student and a paramedic in the ICU – and I still didn't see it coming.

I collapsed at work. And when I came back, parts of my mind didn't come with me.

What followed was two years of research, recovery, and radical honesty about what sleep deprivation actually does to a human brain. I wrote it all down.

The Sleep Repair Manual is not about going to bed earlier. It is about understanding what sleep deprivation is doing to your brain, your memory, and your long-term health – and exactly what to do about it.

10 chapters. 12 steps. A 30-day plan.
Written by someone who learned all of this the hard way.
